Your 2026 HOA dues are due on February 28, 2026. To pay your dues, log in to your account on the Tolley Community Management website and follow the instructions for submitting payment. Please note that late fees will be added to your Tolley account beginning March 1, 2026.

Chestnut Springs is a community of 290 single-family homes in the desirable East Cobb area north of Atlanta. We are located in the award-winning Walton High, Dodgen Middle, and Kincaid Elementary school districts.

Our amenities include a beautiful fishing lake, clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, and five tennis courts. We are an active, welcoming community, with something for everyone, including:

• ALTA tennis teams (two men’s, three women’s, and two mixed doubles)
• Pickleball courts
• A summer swim team 
• An active book club
• An annual July 4^th parade and fishing rodeo
