Chestnut Springs is a community of 290 single-family homes in the desirable East Cobb area north of Atlanta. We are located in the award-winning Walton High, Dodgen Middle, and Kincaid Elementary school districts.

Our amenities include a beautiful fishing lake, clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, and five tennis courts. We are an active, welcoming community, with something for everyone, including:

• ALTA tennis teams (two men’s, three women’s, and two mixed doubles)

• An annual July 4^th parade and fishing rodeo
