The clubhouse is available for private functions and community-sponsored events and activities. All functions are subject to approval by the Board.  Only Chestnut Springs Homeowners’ Association (“CSHA”) members may reserve the Clubhouse.

Rental Rates

• $60 for Recreational members
• $80 for a member to host a for-profit event
• $120 for Community members
• A $100 damage deposit is required as a condition of securing a reservation.
• All fees must be paid prior to the event
• Community-sponsored events and service group meetings require no usage fee.

Rental Hours & Noise Restrictions

• Friday and Saturday events are between 8 AM and Midnight, with all outdoor activities and loud noises ending at 10 PM.
• Sunday through Thursday events are between 8 AM and 10 PM, with all outdoor activities and loud noises ending at 10 PM.
• All events must be organized and conducted in such a manner as to control and contain noise within the Clubhouse and minimize the effect of the activity on neighbors living near the Clubhouse.

Other Considerations

• At no time will a private function be permitted to interfere with CSHA member access to the pool and other amenities such as the tennis courts in the Oakie Bankhead Recreation Area (the lower tennis courts/pool area).
• Community-wide social, sports and meeting functions will have first priority in scheduling dates for reserving the Clubhouse. Community functions should submit their date requests as early as possible.
• No one under the age of 18 can be in or use the Clubhouse without adult supervision.
• Alcoholic beverages are permitted only on a “bring your own” basis for all community and private functions. Any CSHA member reserving the Clubhouse is responsible for the behavior and actions of all attendees, guests, and visitors at the function. No one under the age of twenty-one (21) is allowed to consume alcoholic beverages.
• NO SMOKING is allowed in the Clubhouse.
• Any activities, which violate any federal, state or local laws, rules or ordinances (including without limitation, Cobb County Code provisions regarding excessive noises) are prohibited.
